破指自愈 Broken Fingers+ 是香港社會企業，透過專業皮革工藝為身心障礙人士提供技能培訓與工作機會。

創辦人 Yoma Ma 早年因病導致視力嚴重受損，一度近乎失明。這段不容易的經歷，讓她深信每個人都有自愈的能力。
2023 年，她在十年皮具品牌 Broken Fingers 的名字後面加上一個「＋」，正式轉型為社會企業 「破指自愈 Broken Fingers+」，與本地兩間庇護工場合作，專注為身心障礙社群創造有尊嚴的工作機會。
