Delivery Policy

Lead Time:
  • In-stock: Allow 3-5 business days for processing (excluding shipping) after payment.
  • Pre-order: Processing takes 3-5 business days, while handcrafted production requires around 30-40 business days. 
Time may vary based on the workshop's workload. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

Shipping and Delivery
  • Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday, allowing for a 3-5 day production window.
  • Estimated Shipping Time:  Domestic: 2-3 days, International: 7-14 days. For example, if you successfully make a payment on Tuesday, we will process your order by Friday and dispatch it on the following Tuesday. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Shipping Fees
  • FREE Shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China by SF Express. 
  • FREE international shipping on orders over HKD 2000 by EMS. Check international shipping rates during checkout.

Limited Availability
Our small batch production ensures quality and efficiency, with the remaining quantity displayed on each product page. Restocking takes about 2 weeks, but some seasonal colors or items may not be restocked. Follow our social media for updates.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
