We provide exchanges for faulty or incorrect items, but regrettably, exchanges due to personal preferences are not available. Defective products include issues such as broken threads, incorrect dye application, and noticeable human scratches. However, the natural characteristics of leather are not considered defects. In light of the handcrafted nature of our products and to honor the dedication and effort of our artisans in sheltered workshops, we do not issue refunds.Refunds are only considered in cases where the returned item is out of stock.
Defect or incorrect
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, kindly contact us at info@brokenfingers-plus.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with photographs illustrating the issue. We will promptly address and resolve the matter.
Please note that inherent and natural attributes of leather are not considered defects.
